Delivery

How we will get your items to you.

Packages are dispatched 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UK Mail with tracking and requiring a signature on Delivery. The courier will email you an hourly time slot for the delivery and you will be able to amend it should you wish by clicking a link in that email. The cost of shipping is £4.95 for all packages up to £29, if you spend more than £29 then delivery is free. Sometimes items are sent direct from our suppliers, whilst shipping costs will be the same the courier used may change.

Orders after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be classed as the next working business day.

Orders after 2pm Friday and weekend will be classed as the next working day Monday (except for bank holiday weekends).

Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Live Food

You can now purchase live food for delivery by Royal Mail at a cost of £2.99 for 1st class delivery. Live food must be ordered separately from any other items and the Live Food postage option must be selected.

Returns

Should you need to return an item to us, unless the item is faulty or described incorrectly then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Sutton pets and exotics. If the item is faulty or badly described then we will after investigation refund the cost of return delivery up to a maximum of £5

Any item returned to us must be in original condition and still in its original packaging unused unless the item is being returned because its faulty in which case the original packaging is still required.
