Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sutton Pets and Exotics. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us at suttonpetsandexotics@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Live animals or livestock
• Perishable goods (live food, fresh/frozen products)
• Opened food, treats, or supplements
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
